Marxism-Leninism Will Guide The Way

I am amazed by the amount of vituperation in the discussion from 2012. Even now, almost nine years later, the frustration and rage still resonate to a bystander like myself. Capitalism has its faults---like creating Donald Trump. But Marxism/Leninism/Communism is not faultless. A Party that claimed to represent the downtrodden, the powerless, and the misunderstood and then steeped itself (and rejoiced in the steeping) in the blood of four adolescent girls and their prepubescent brother; and then persecuted, murdered and martyred adherents of the Orthodox Church with a ferocity not seen by Diocletian: that Party is nothing but organized hypocrisy. A political scholar I once read (although I cannot now cite him properly) said that the difference between the (true) Marxian vision and the Leninist vision can be discerned in the wives of Marx and Lenin. Jenny Marx was, according to some, a vivacious, pleasant person and good company at any gathering, small or large. Lenin's wife, Krupskaya, was a dour, embittered, unattractive hausfrau whose ugliness was matched only by her resentment of others around her. They say that even Joe Stalin was afraid of her. Oh yes, you can mention her fierce loyalty to Lenin (of whose affairs with Alexandra Kollentai and Inessa Armand happened in the Kremlin, right around the corner from the apartment he shared with her), but it was the loyalty of a tapeworm to the intestines that keep it alive. But, to my main point, the insulting tones with which you addressed each other utterly fail to enhance the points you wish to make. Your shrill tones echo the worst of Trump-it caoitalism and Lenin's "I am glad to shoot you" Bolshevism.
